Hey y'all, happy Friday! I wanted to pop in for some #fridayintroductions goodness today and simply say hi! I'm Kristin, the person who is chatting with you here each day on Instagram, in our emails, and on our blog.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As a quick "through the years” introduction of sorts, I started my entrepreneurial journey as a wedding planner in 2010 and a few years in, transitioned my business to custom wedding stationery design after holding a swoon-worthy letterpress suite in my hands.  I attended our Conference in 2015 (hey, Phoenix friends!) and have loved being a part of this Community of amazing women for so long. Y'all inspire me each and every day.  I've been running things here for SCF since August of 2017 and goodness what an incredible journey it has been so far.

This year, we have an incredibly intentional year ahead of us to make sure that everything we provide will empower you as a creative entrepreneur and help you to succeed while you're building a business you love.  I can't WAIT to share all of the goodness we've got in store for you this year ... it's going to be amazing!

On a personal note, I am an early riser living that coffee and kids life, a born and raised Minnesotan who now considers Florida home, love writing, designing, and am an INFJ through and through.

Our Conference may be happening quite a few months from now, but we've already been working on so many of the behind the scenes details that it's all we can do to keep a lid on everything!  Lucky for us (and definitely for you!) there is one thing we no longer need to keep quiet, and that is when our next Conference will be!

We are so thrilled to share that our next Conference will be taking place on beautiful Pensacola Beach, from November 6-9, 2019! 🎉

Today may be known as Valentine's Day, but we're going to pretend it's simply a continuation of Galentine's Day from yesterday because we know you'll want to share the news with your fellow creative business owning girlfriends and start making a plan to spend the weekend with us here in Pensacola, Florida this November!

Registration opens three weeks from today on March 7th.  Will we get to see YOU this Fall?

Yesterday, we asked you if you knew what one of the most important foundational items that a business can create for their business was.  If you guessed that it is a mission statement, you are absolutely right!

Simply put, a mission statement is a brief statement about what it is that you do and who you do it for, using easily understood words so that even if people aren't in your industry, they know what you do and want to learn more.
