What have you been up to since graduating from Stationery Academy? I launched my collection on my Etsy shop a few months after attending Stationery Academy. There, I sell a collection of wedding invitations, custom stamps, personalized stationery, art prints and various other paper goods and party invitations. This fall I plan to launch a few more gift items just in time for the Christmas season!
How did attending Stationery Academy affect your business?
The content at Stationery Academy really made me dig deep into my core, narrow down what was important to me in terms of my goals, and in doing so gave me a clearer sense of myself, my brand, and my purpose. Attending Stationery Academy also gave me access to an incredible community of fellow designers with an insane amount of talent and knowledge-- the community itself has been one of the most rewarding aspects of attending the conference.
What was the most valuable lesson you learned - what was your "ah-ha" moment? People don't buy what you do they buy why you do it. By really examining our core values, interests, etc I realized that it was good to embrace my quirks and infuse them in a way that expresses who I am and what matters most to me through my products.Find Jessica Elsewhere: >>Website >>Facebook >>Twitter >>Instagram Thank you, Jessica!
