Finding Balance Between Work & Life
Ever feel like work and life are a juggling act where we’re constantly looking for balance? There are various elements to feeling out of balance. We all are great at multi-tasking and sometimes that means we are pulled in too many directions, pulling us out of stability and into a mental tailspin.
If you are reading this, most likely you’ve felt this way at some point in your life. Being from all walks of life and at different points of our journey can mean that we each have different things that cause stress or imbalance. It doesn’t matter what your “stresser” is, but it is important to identify it and acknowledge it.
Positive things – family responsibilities, social interaction and reaching goals and dreams – can even cause stress. But even too many of these positives can pull us off the edge.
Stress can from two places: internal and external. The good news is, we can control the internal stress that comes from within. This is stress that we manifest or project on ourselves. External stress is something we can’t control, but we can control how we react to external influencers.
So, the goal is to reach a place of peace without feeling like we are sacrificing something or letting someone else down. Sometimes that is just giving ourselves permission to say no, be a better planner, and proactively connect.

She is going to walk us through how to discover our natural rhythm in life so we can build a schedule that gets us focused, present and streamlined.
